First Dose of J&J on 11/15/21

Santa Monica, California

40 yrs old

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

I was an extremely healthy and active 40 year old. I owned my own beauty services agency (Hair, Makeup & Spray Tans) in Santa Monica California, and was constantly on the go. We had a large client base and did everything from weddings to photoshoots, commercials to film and tv. I personally would go on 5-6 mile walks at the beach a few times per week, and had multiple bookings almost 7 days per week that kept me quite busy.

Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?

I needed it for travel, and it was getting increasingly more difficult to work without being vaccinated.

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

I started having my adverse reaction the very next day after my shot. First it started with the normal feverish symptoms, and I just felt a little off. The next day I woke up with my eyes twitching uncontrollably, vision blurry, the sensation that my body was vibrating, feeling like it was shaking but yet it was not. Over the next month, the symptoms intensified and additional new symptoms developed.

  • Can’t stand for longer than a minute

  • Vision issues, eye twitches

  • Shooting lights

  • Veins feel like glass is pumping truth them.

  • Internal tremors, especially around heart, trunk, legs, and neck

  • Brain vibrations / headache

  • Brain, spine and legs electrical zaps

  • Sharp pains/pressure in chest

  • HR raises high when I sit up.

  • Sharp spine & back pain

  • I can feel my pulse throughout my whole body.

  • I can hear my heartbeat in my ears.

  • I can see my heartbeat on the walls and floor when I walk around.

  • Light flashes at night, when I shut the lights out.

  • Cramping pain in arms and legs (especially near injection site)

  • Pins and needles and random burning in different areas on skin

  • Shortness of breath

  • Cracking sound in bones (especially around head)

  • Strange metallic taste in mouth

  • Extreme sensitivity to light and sound

  • Insomnia

Q: What is your life like now, after getting the vaccine?

Since getting the vaccine, I have become bedridden and had to leave my company (which had over 30 independent contractors), and my condo by the beach in Santa Monica to live with my elderly parents in Sun Lakes Arizona. I have to get constant care around the clock and can barely walk back-and-forth to the bathroom. I’ve lost basically everything in my life.

Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:

POTS, Dysautonomia, MCAS officially. I have been to two GPs, three cardiologists, one rheumatologist, three neurologist and I've been to the emergency room overnight once. I have been gaslighted by the medical community and basically told that they have no idea how to treat this, because these shots have not been studied very long. They’re seeing a lot of adverse reactions, and they’re not sure how to treat them. I’ve also been told on multiple times that it is only anxiety and sent home with no further follow up. I’ve been treated terribly by multiple doctors, and I am lucky to have found a few that actually are trying to get to the root of the problem. But they also are clear that this is new science, and they’re not sure the mechanisms of why people are getting injured, or how to treat them.

Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?

I have not reported my reaction yet, as I’m waiting for an official diagnosis to do so. It was my understanding that many people have tried and then get kicked off of the VAERS database, and don’t hear back from them for months. I’ve been too ill to fight that battle.

Q: Is there anything that has helped, and have your symptoms improved?

Nothing has helped as of yet.

Q: Have you had Covid before?

No

Q: What do you wish others knew?

I wish others knew how many people actually are injured and having adverse reactions that have totally destroyed their lives. I wish people knew that these shots still haven’t been officially approved other than for emergency use.
