First Dose of Moderna on 11/17/21 Lot #012H21B

Pond Eddy, Pennsylvania

57 yrs old

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

I suffer with a neurological disease called RSD/CRPS. I was functioning at a high level. I was cycling about 50 Miles a week. Hiking- very active.

Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?

I wanted to protect myself due to being immune compromised and I wanted to protect my family.

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

Within 3 days of the second dose I started to feel sick. Heart palpitations- sweating- tremors- inflammation-not being able to focus my eyes- blurred vision- strong body odor- overall feeling sick like I had the flu - exhaustion - joint pain-worst symptom- feeling like I can’t breathe

Q: What is your life like now, after getting the vaccine?

It’s like a roller coaster ride. Some days I feel ok and as soon as I up my activity level I’m back on the couch again. It’s hard to breathe at times- heart palpitations- exhaustion - joint pain -blurred vision -tremors and it has flared my RSD/ CRPS causing me extreme pain.

Q: Share your experience with any medical care and any diagnoses you have received:

I saw my family Dr first . They ran a panel of blood work - everything looked normal except my inflammation markers were up.

My breathlessness was so bad my cardiologist sent me to the ER where they did a chest x-ray -chest CT and full blood work up also ultrasound of my legs looking for blood clots. Everything was normal.

The cardiologist did an echocardiogram and I wore a heart monitor. All normal. (My cardiologist shared with me that he had the same exact reaction from the booster and he had to have all the same testing done and everything came back normal as well) . He said I never should have had the shot due to the fact that I have RSD/ CRPS.

Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?

I reported my reactions to VAERS

Q: Is there anything that has helped, and have your symptoms improved?

Nothing has seemed to help and my symptoms have not improved very much.

Q: Have you had Covid before? What was your experience if so?

I have not had covid

Q: What do you wish others knew?

I’m very sorry I ever took these shots. Everyone has to make their own choice. My cardiologist said this is the worlds biggest medical experiment!
