First Dose of Pfizer on 04/06/2021 Lot #ER8737

West Virginia

54 yrs old

Q: What was your life like before you got the vaccine?

Had normal wear and tear for a hard working 54 year old, but kept myself physically fit.

Q: Would you like to share your reasons for getting vaccinated?

Family and work

Q: What was your reaction, symptoms, & timeline?

6 weeks after first Pfizer shot, I got a brain lesion (white matter) surface on the bottom left third nerve. White matter is gone, but it left a small hole. This controls my facial nerves, nerves in my tongue, teeth lips, eyes and right hand. Brain fog, difficulty speaking, vertigo, inability to see straight lines very well, that smacked in the face feeling that never goes away. I've seen 5 Neuro specialists. The last being John Hopkins. I've had 6 MRIs, 2 spinals, 2 CT scans, PET scan, endless blood tests. They all found nothing. I was in good shape. No markers at all. The closest I have to a diagnosis is an immune reaction. That came from the Neuro Immunologist at WVU Medicine in charge of documenting the entire state. Doctors will not say what that means or what causes it. They all beat around the bush and never confirm it. Just take these meds and be a zombie. I tried many meds, all of which decreased my quality of life. Sleeping my life away wasn't for me. I haven't worked for 1 1/2 years and waiting on disability. Not by choice. Starting a Holistic treatment plan this week. Hopefully it will help. I stopped taken meds 7 months ago, and I have a little part of my life back since doing so. I lost 40 lbs. and try to walk everyday as much as possible. I still deal with my symptoms everyday all day. They stole something from all of us....

Q: Was your reaction reported, and what was the response?

Reported to Berkeley Medical Center, John Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, WVU Medicine.

Q: Are there any treatments we should know about that helped or hurt your health?

God helped. Meds make it worse.

Q: Have you had Covid before?

No
